Job description

Roles & responsibilities

Operate and monitor SACMI cap compression molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.

Perform routine quality checks on plastic caps, identifying and addressing any defects to maintain high product standards.

Execute precise machine setups and adjustments according to production orders and material specifications.

Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on SACMI machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Desired candidate profile

High school diploma or equivalent education is required to understand technical documentation.

Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating plastic injection or compression molding machines, preferably SACMI.

Demonstrated understanding of plastic cap manufacturing processes and quality control standards.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, machine manuals, and production schedules.
