Corporate Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Performance: You are responsible for the timely preparation of meaningful financial reports, analyze relevant key figures for management purposes, and continuously develop our global KPI framework.
• Business Partnering: You create decision-making bases, provide recommendations for action, and contribute your perspective to cross-departmental projects.
• Planning & Forecasting: You actively participate in group-wide planning - from rolling 12-month and multi-year planning to the consolidation of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow at the GROUP level.
• M&A & Business Cases: You support M&A activities and help shape growth by evaluating and analyzing investment options including scenarios and developing decision-making bases.
• Strategic Management: You influence financial decisions and further develop the group-wide management framework.
• Transformation: You make the financial effects of changes visible and create transparency for well-founded decisions.
• Fit for the Future: In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you drive the automation and further development of finance processes and controlling tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable course of study with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Professional Experience: You have professional experience in controlling within a corporate structure or of holding companies - ideally from an industrial company.
• Hard Skills: You are familiar with M&A processes as well as company and equity valuations and use methods (e.g., DCF, Multiples) confidently. You are proficient in planning and reporting tools as well as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills: You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and can clearly and appropriately convey complex relationships to the target audience.
• Communication: You have a confident manner and are convincing in exchange with different stakeholders – from specialist departments to management. Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
