Business Manager M/F - Billard Engrenages

Reporting to the Establishment Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our clients. Your role consists of understanding their needs, advising them, and proposing products and services adapted to their expectations.

You ensure the management, development, and loyalty of your client portfolio while actively contributing to their satisfaction and the growth of the company.

In this capacity, your main missions are:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial business
• Ensure the interface between the client and the various departments of the company
• Drive and coordinate the preparation of commercial offers
• Consolidate the costing data provided by the various internal contributors in order to develop competitive and profitable offers
• Participate in the commercial development of the company by identifying new opportunities and ensuring the follow-up of business until its completion
• Contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty

You have a commercial or technical background and possess knowledge in technical sales as well as general mechanics. You are proficient in IT tools and possess the basics of commercial negotiation.

Your level of English allows you to operate in a professional environment.
