Bilfinger Height Specialists has existed for more than 25 years and continues to grow! We are a specialized rope access company in Bergschenhoek. Using rope techniques, we make the unreachable reachable and perform various construction-technical activities. Rope access enables us to work safely and efficiently in hard-to-reach places, both at height and in depth, according to IRATA standards.

For our warehouse and fleet, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven colleague who will take full responsibility for the management of these and ensure that our team is optimally prepared for challenging projects.

The team

You will join a young, diverse, and international team. Therefore, it is important that you have oral proficiency in English. In this challenging position, you will be given all the freedom to achieve your objectives and develop yourself.

What will you do?

As a warehouse manager, you are responsible for the complete management of our warehouse, the training room, and the fleet. Additionally, you will also manage the supporting facilities. You ensure that our technicians go out well-prepared; all materials and vehicles are in top condition. Your tasks include, among others:

• Management of the warehouse and inventory administration.
• Checking and preparing packing lists and materials for projects.
• Maintenance and coordination of the fleet.
• Inspection of materials and systems.
• Maintenance of materials and tools in the warehouse.
• Identifying shortages and ordering supplies.
• Annual logging and inspection of materials.
• Keeping the training room where IRATA... neat and safe.
