As part of a replacement opening, the Bikube "Montpellier" residence is looking for a Day Receptionist M/F.

On the agenda:

• Physical and telephone management of the reception
• Promotion of the breakfast offer
• Preparation and setup of the breakfast offer
• Taking accommodation and dining reservations
• Verification of payment guarantees and collections
• Organization of arrivals and departures
• Accompanying guests in discovering the premises and the various services
• Development of upselling and promotion of residence services
• Concierge service

You have significant and similar experience in this same type of position.

As a Receptionist, you are the first contact for our guests and the ambassador of the Bikube spirit. You are the reassuring smile, the attentive ear, and the helping hand that brightens the stops of all our guests. The reservation steps have no secrets from you, just like the language of Shakespeare.
