SAP Data Manager / SAP Master Data Administrator (M/F)

To support our international growth, we are looking for an SAP Data Manager / SAP Master Data Administrator. Under the direct responsibility of the Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for the quality, reliability, and evolution of Master Data in our SAP S/4HANA environment.

Responsibilities: Maintain, structure, and clean the SAP database to ensure reliable and usable data;

Ensure the update, consistency, and security of Master Data (customers, suppliers, articles, etc.) in SAP S/4HANA;

Collaborate with business teams to guarantee data quality within the framework of ERP processes;

Evolve the database and participate in the choice of technical solutions/process evolution;

Handle requests for creation, modification, and incidents related to data;

Integrate AI into Master data processes;

Create and maintain work instructions and manuals related to the Master Data management process.

Profile sought: Bac +2/3 in IT, Quality, Industrial Management, or Business, or significant experience in Master Data management;

Organized, rigorous, and autonomous;

Analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to assess risks and propose improvements;

Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork;

Curious, dynamic, and comfortable in an evolving environment;

Proficiency in Pack Office, particularly Excel and VBA;

Proficiency in professional English (B2);

Knowledge of SAP or experience in ERP master data management is a plus.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a gross annual salary between €28,000 and €33,000 depending on profile and experience, supplemented by a profit-sharing and incentive scheme.

The position is a full-time CDI, located in Bartenheim (near Mulhouse and Basel).
