We are a company providing outsourced services for businesses. We specialize in customer support, IT services, and marketing consulting. We help our partners build efficient processes and deliver high-quality service to their clients.

We are looking for someone at the intersection of system administration and DevOps. The ideal candidate is an experienced system administrator who has outgrown classic administration and wants to move toward DevOps: automation, CI/CD.

• Support and development of infrastructure for iGaming projects.
• Domain management and protection via Cloudflare (DNS, SSL, WAF).

• Deployment and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters.
• Linux server administration.

• Working with AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

• Setting up and maintaining CI/CD in GitLab.
• Office system administration and office equipment support.

• Ensuring fault tolerance, scalability, and security of services.
• Monitoring, alerting, and participation in incident resolution.

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Experience in high-risk industries (iGaming is a plus) — mandatory .

• Domain management (Cloudflare), Terraform, Kubernetes infrastructure, Linux servers, AWS experience.
• CI/CD management (GitLab).

• English sufficient for reading technical documentation.
• Office in Yerevan.
