Senior Facility Manager

We are looking for a Senior Facility Manager (MEP) with a leading Facilities Management company based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end FM and MEP operations across high-end luxury properties and villas.
• Manage smart building/home systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, fire & life safety, and other critical MEP systems.
• Act as the key contact for VIP/HNW clients, ensuring exceptional service, discretion, and client satisfaction.
• Lead MEP and Civil retrofit, refurbishment, and improvement projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage engineers, technicians, contractors, and service providers, ensuring strong performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, asset management, emergency response, and technical compliance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, cost control, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive energy efficiency, asset reliability, smart technology integration, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of relevant Facilities Management experience and a strong MEP/technical background
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• Managing high-end luxury properties and villas, particularly those equipped with smart home/building systems
• Managing elite/VIP clients and overseeing day-to-day facilities operations
• Leading MEP and Civil retrofit projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and milestones
• Managing technical teams, maintenance activities, service providers, and overall FM operations
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction
