Lead the delivery of high-end residential fit-out projects from construction through handover. • Manage contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. • Monitor project programme, budget, quality, and overall progress. • Coordinate design, fit-out, MEP, and specialist works. • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. • Identify and resolve project, technical, and coordination issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • Strong PMC or client-side consultancy background. • 7+ years of proven experience delivering high-end residential projects, including luxury villas, mansions and premium residential developments. • Strong understanding of both design development and construction delivery. • Experience coordinating architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors. • Ability to manage projects from design through to completion and handover. • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
