Service Provider Our client is a leading Facilities Management Service Provider. They are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Assoc Director – Facilities Management. The individual will manage multiple contracts and the key requirements are as follows: • Strong Facilities Management leadership experience within the UAE/GCC region. • Proven experience managing large integrated FM portfolios, including Hard FM, Soft FM, Energy Management, Asset Management, and Specialist Services. • Demonstrated P&L accountability, commercial management, and contract governance experience. • Strong client-facing capabilities with experience managing executive stakeholder relationships. • A track record of driving operational excellence, business growth, contract profitability, and service transformation. • Minimum 15+ years of FM experience, including significant experience in senior leadership roles. • Experience within leading FM service providers, real estate, infrastructure, or large property portfolios is highly preferred. Candidates MUST be commercially focussed, have experience of managing a large blue collar team and be able to develop organic growth opportunities.
