Service Crew / Café Assistant (Full-Time)
Job Summary
Join Olivia & Co. as a Café Service Crew / Waiter to deliver attentive, full-service dining experiences by welcoming guests, managing orders, and maintaining a clean, hospitable environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly at the entrance, manage seating, and escort diners to their tables to ensure a smooth start to their dining experience
- Present menus and daily specials clearly, and take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS or order pads
- Deliver freshly prepared food and artisanal drinks from kitchen/bar to guests’ tables with care and professionalism
- Provide attentive table service throughout the meal by refilling water, clearing plates, and promptly responding to guest requests
- Present bills and process cashless or card payments efficiently at the cashier counter
- Reset and sanitise tables quickly following Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene standards to prepare for the next guests
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including linen and cutlery preparation and maintaining general dining floor cleanliness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Pleasant, hospitable demeanour with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage guests effectively
- Comfortable conversing in English with dining guests to ensure clear communication
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods in a lively café environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- No prior experience required; full on-the-job training in table-service etiquette will be provided

Working Hours and Location
- 5 day work week with rotating shifts (44 hours/week)
- Location: Suntec City Mall
Salary
- Gross Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
