SHOES AND BAGS REPAIRER

Shoe and Bag Repair Technician is responsible for evaluating, maintaining, and repairing various types of footwear and leather goods. This role requires technical hand-craftsmanship, expertise with machinery, and excellent customer service to ensure high-quality restoration and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements: 1–3+ years of experience in shoe repair, leatherwork, or cobbling (Apprenticeship/entry-level considered if trained on the job). Proficiency with heavy-duty sewing machines, finishing machines, adhesives, and hand tools (awls, pincers, lasting pliers). Strong attention to detail, time management, active listening, and clear communication with customers. Ability to have an hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and capacity to handle fine detail work.
