Your day Together with a team of 5 coordinators, you are the operational point of contact for a team of 12-15 employees. You direct and participate in the execution of daily activities. The logistical process in the warehouse is your responsibility. You lead the team, which is responsible for both the handling of incoming and outgoing goods as well as the administration. Efficient working methods, occupancy rates, production standards, and the deployment of your resources are a challenge for you. Additionally, you ensure optimal staffing and management within the department. Setting priorities within the planning, checking activities, and resolving deviations are daily occurrences.

To manage this continuous flow effectively, we are looking for 2 Warehouse Coordinators with the schedules below. Option 1: Day & Night Week A: Day shift from 08:00 to 16:00
Week B: Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00
Option 2: Evening & Night Week A: Evening shift from 17:00 to 01:00
Week B: Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00
This is what we ask of you: In possession of an MBO+ working and thinking level
Communication: Fluent English is a must; do you also speak or understand Dutch? That is a major plus!
Competencies: Organizationally and communicatively strong, accurate, stress-resistant, and always customer- and solution-oriented.
Flexibility: You are a go-getter who effortlessly switches quickly between different tasks.
Passion: A beating heart for logistics and warehouse processes.
Work environment: You don't mind working in a cooled environment.
Certificates: Do you have a reach truck certificate? Very nice, but not a hard requirement.
