Team Coordinator

You earn:

• €16.18 - €17.85 per hour supplemented with holiday allowance (8%)

Your day

Together with a team of 5 coordinators, you are the operational point of contact for a team of 12-15 employees. You direct and assist in the execution of daily activities. The logistical process in the warehouse is your responsibility. You lead the team, which is responsible for both the handling of incoming and outgoing goods as well as the administration. Efficient working methods, occupancy rates, production standards, and the deployment of your resources are a challenge for you. Additionally, you ensure optimal staffing and management within the department. Setting priorities within the planning, checking activities, and resolving deviations are part of the daily routine.

• Option 1: Day & Night
• Week A: Day shift from 08:00 to 16:00
• Week B: Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00

• Option 2: Evening & Night
• Week A: Evening shift from 17:00 to 01:00
• Week B: Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00

• In possession of an MBO+ working and thinking level
