Frequent areas of activity include: profits abroad, goodwill, transfer pricing, double taxation conventions, and investment funds.Elaboration of tax planning studies and review of business structures from a tax perspective.Tax consulting support for acquisitions or sales of assets, and corporate reorganizations.Review of contracts and other documents from a tax perspective.Acting in strategic administrative and judicial processes, together with lawyers from the Tax Litigation Area.Active participation in meetings to discuss work and opportunities.Requirements and qualificationsLaw degree obtained between 2019 and 2021;Previous experience with Tax Consulting and IRPJ and CSLL topics.General knowledge regarding the Consumption Tax Reform.Knowledge in Accounting (Differential).Advanced English.Hands-on profile, organized, detail-oriented, and with a sense of priority.Ability to act in a dynamic environment and with short-term demands.Additional informationLocation:São PauloRemuneration:Monthly salary + Annual profit distribution;Client Credit.
