Working with us means being part of a collaborative team that shares the common goal of building sustainable and lasting relationships, both with our clients and among our teams.If you identify with our values and want to grow in a dynamic and challenging environment, come join Bichara Advogados!Responsibilities and dutiesElaboration of initial drafts of corporate and general contractual documents;Support in the preparation of daily corporate acts, such as contractual amendments, assemblies, and partners' meetings;Drafting and reviewing shareholders' and partners' agreements;Participation in M&A operations, including drafting the respective contracts and conducting due diligence;Analysis and monitoring of administrative processes before the CVM, including drafting defenses and filing documents;Acting in other branches of the Firm's Corporate area, in capital markets, insurance, and real estate demands.Requirements and qualificationsDegree in Law completed from 2022 onwards;Regular registration with the OAB;Previous experience in Corporate Law and M&A;Knowledge in drafting and reviewing corporate contracts, due diligence, and merger and acquisition operations;Experience with CVM will be considered a differentiator;Advanced English;Analytical skills and attention to detail;Good communication and ability to work in a team;Desirable experience in serving national and international clients.Additional informationLocation:Botafogo/RJ (In-person Model).Remuneration:Competitive salary + annual PLR.
