Shift Electrician

We are looking for a Shift Electrician to strengthen the Production team, with the primary responsibility of the rapid and safe restoration of equipment faults and ensuring the stable and reliable operation of production machinery. The position operates on a rotating 3-shift schedule (morning, afternoon, and night).

Main Responsibilities: Diagnosis and restoration of equipment faults: Identification and repair of electrical faults, measuring instrument faults, automation, PLC, inverter, sensors, and control systems, with the goal of rapid production recovery. Maintenance with an emphasis on safety: Implementation of electrical safety procedures (LOTO, isolation, verification) and ensuring the safe restart of equipment. Support of production operation: Participation in changeovers, equipment adjustments, parameter verification, sensor checks, and machine settings to maintain product quality. Documentation and reporting: Recording maintenance tasks, diagnostic data, root cause analysis observations, measurements, and suggestions in the CMMS system, as well as ensuring a complete shift handover. Continuous improvement: Identification of recurring problems, submission of reliability and efficiency improvement proposals, participation in Root Cause Analysis, and collaboration with the Engineering and Automation teams for equipment upgrades. Technical support: Working with electric motors, inverter (drives), PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, electrical diagrams, measuring instruments, and control equipment. Collaboration with teams: Close collaboration with production teams and escalation of complex issues to Automation Engineers, supporting commissioning and equipment stabilization activities. Required Qualifications: Degree from a Technical Institute/School in the field of Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related specialty. At least 2 years of experience in an industrial or production environment. Possession of a relevant professional license (electrician installer 2nd/3rd/4th group, 1st specialty) Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and industrial maintenance practices.
