These are your tasks:
- As part of an interdisciplinary, international team, you will help design the next generation of automotive interior camera systems
- You will work at the interface of optics, electronics, software, image processing, and system integration
- The technical design, evaluation, and industrialization of camera-based functions in the vehicle are among your central tasks
- You will systematically analyze requirements, functional specifications, and specifications, evaluate technical risks, and derive suitable test and validation concepts from them
- You will identify technical challenges in the camera system and derive solution-oriented measures together with internal and external partners
What you bring with you:
Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a comparable degree
Experience: You bring experience in the field of digital camera systems, ideally with reference to Automotive Interior Cameras, Driver Monitoring Systems, or Occupant Monitoring Systems
Knowledge: A good understanding of image quality parameters as well as familiarity with typical interfaces and data paths of modern camera systems is an advantage. Your profile is complemented by knowledge of electronics and confident handling of scripting languages such as Python
Personality: Thanks to your strong teamwork and communication skills, you succeed in presenting complex technical contexts in an understandable way. A structured and solution-oriented way of working additionally characterizes you
Languages: Good English skills, enjoyment of international cooperation, and willingness to travel round off your profile
