OPERATIONS PERMANENT CONTROLER – SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (M/F)

Your mission

To support the Operational Permanent Control (OPC) - Subject Matter Expert (SME) team in ensuring that best practices combined with a homogenous and transversal permanent control framework are in place across the OPC community, specifically in the controls and risk mapping (RCSA) matters.

Your tasks and your daily life?

• Be one ot the local OPC SMEs for controls and Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) matters
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for global and LoD2 teams on controls and RCSA matters.
• Be the operating link between the CIB central framework and the local 1LoD stakeholders (Business OPC and businesses/functions), cascading RCSA and controls guidelines and information.
• Ensure a consistent approach, monitoring and reporting/dashboard is in place across the business OPC community. Ensure the principles are embedded in the BAU.
• Share best practises amongst the OPC community.

What can this job bring you?

• The candidate will be part of the OPC SME team reporting to the Chief Conduct and Control Officer (CCCO). He/she will benefit from on-the-job training in various domains of operational risk management framework as well as frequent interactions with local but also central and international stakeholders. The function enables the development of a transversal knowledge and expertise in Risk management, Fund Industry and regulatory matters but also leadership and communication skills.

Required Experience

Previous successful experience in the OPC and/or Risk Management areas is an asset.
