FRISCO - Corrosion Engineer, New Grad

Responsibilities:

Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees

Attend specific events and training geared toward career development

Work on assigned projects, meet deadlines, and expand knowledge

Requirements:

Before starting employment, must have a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or a related field

Coursework in corrosion, electrochemistry, materials, electrical systems, or fluid/pipeline systems is a plus

For Engineering disciplines, must have passed or be eligible to sit for the FE exam by the time of graduation

Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong, positive collaborator who works well on a team

Willingness and ability to work in a BGE office
