Quantity Surveyor - Construction / Building Division (12-mth contract)

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support a Building Division team on a 12-month contract.

What you will do

• Check project details submitted by consultants in variation order forms.
• Review submissions against established checklists.
• Maintain accurate records of variation orders.
• Verify payment supporting documents before submission for processing.
• Assess variation submissions before routing them for workflow approval.
• Support other administrative duties assigned by the team.

What we are looking for

• Proficient in English.
• Quantity Surveying-related qualification or relevant work experience in construction or building administration.
• Comfortable checking documents carefully and following established procedures.
• Organised and able to maintain accurate records.
• Suitable for candidates with administrative experience in construction, building, quantity surveying, contracts, or project support.
