Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and review of scam assessment and support programmes.
• Develop research tools and programme evaluation criteria.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection, cleaning and analysis.
• Prepare technical and academic reports based on research findings.
• Prepare presentation materials for training, seminars and conferences.
• Support trauma-informed practices in policing and victimology.
• Conduct training and assessment for various courses.
• Support other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology or other relevant fields.
• Experience in research settings and project management.
• Strong understanding of statistics and proficiency in statistical software.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Proficient in spoken and written English with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work with sensitive populations and handle confidential information.
