We're seeking a dynamic and skilled IT professional to join our forward-thinking team. Job Description : Assist Project Manager/System Manager and team in the overall vendor management of product development and delivery, and maintenance of STREAM FSD to ensure operational continuity and successful outcomes. Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders and cross-department project teams to align expectations, assist in change management efforts, and prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for management reporting. Manage vendor delivery and system support by tracking system defects, manage service requests and change requests, reviewing system logs, and work with vendors to ensure timely resolution and high-quality delivery. Work closely with vendors to monitor system performance, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with IT policies and operational standards. Recommend and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience
Requirements : Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT certification, or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in system analysis/design, and 1 year in IT service delivery; PMP or CITPM preferred Strong system analysis and design skills; proactive and meticulous; good planning and project management capabilities; strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
