Employment type: Full-time contract Salary: $2,500–$2,800 per month Contract duration: Until 31 March 2028 , highly extendable Work arrangement: On-site Work location: Bukit Merah Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm/ 8.30am – 6.00pm/ 9.00am - 6.30pm/ 10.00am – 7.30pm (Based on Work Schedule) About the role We are looking for an organised and service-oriented Office Administrator – Facilities & Workplace Operations to support the daily operations of an office premises serving IT developers. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys coordinating people, vendors and workplace activities, and who is comfortable handling both administrative and hands-on office operations. Key responsibilities Manage office access, visitor registration and security-clearance requests. Support daily office opening, closing and general administration. Coordinate staff onboarding, offboarding, room bookings and office supplies. Maintain office records, asset registers and simple reports.Support fire drills, safety checks, events and incident follow-up. Coordinate vendors for office maintenance issues such as air-conditioning, lighting and power faults. Supervise office cleaning services and liaise with building management. Assist with other workplace operations and facilities-related tasks as required. Requirements At least 2–3 years of administrative experience
Experience in customer service, counter duties, front desk, office administration or workplace operations
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to prepare simple reports and work with basic data
Comfortable coordinating with staff, visitors, vendors and building management
Able to work the stated operating schedules, including opening and closing duties
Punctual, organised and dependable
Enjoys meeting people and working as part of a team
Diploma or secondary-level education
