ITSM Operations Support Officer | 4-Month Contract

We are hiring an ITSM Operations Support Officer for a four-month, full-time contract supporting a public-sector research organisation. You will help improve operational processes and documentation, and support the use of IT service management (ITSM) practices to track operational efficiency and effectiveness.

In this role, you will support the development and revision of operational workflows, participate in stakeholder discussions to improve key processes, and maintain the operations handbook and related documentation.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Operations Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least five years of work experience in operations, customer service, research, marketing or IT.
• Experience with JIRA or another IT service management tool is an advantage.
