Finance & Tax Operations Executive | Up to $3,500/ month | 8 months contract

We are hiring a Tax Operations Executive to support tax operations and projects, with some involvement in financial operations.

In this role, you will review and file monthly withholding tax returns, reconcile tax filings and payments, respond to basic withholding tax queries, and prepare GST journal entries and schedules. You will also support quarterly balance sheet reviews, collate information for property tax matters, and assist with ad-hoc projects. Some financial operational support for a research cluster is also required.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong numeracy, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of GST, withholding tax or property tax is preferred
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage
