Data Engineer | 2-Year Contract | Data Analytics Platform

Join a data engineering team supporting and enhancing enterprise data analytics platforms. You will design, build and manage data pipelines, implement ETL workflows, and improve data architecture for performance and scalability. You will also analyse data quality issues, implement data quality frameworks, and support the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning of data platforms and pipelines. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, application development teams and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into high-quality datasets. You will also contribute to platform enhancements and stay updated on emerging data engineering tools and practices. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience or familiarity with administering data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend or Denodo .

Knowledge of data APIs and data integration techniques.

Experience with databases or storage platforms such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MinIO or ChromaDB .

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Comfortable with system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Contract duration: 2 years Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm Salary: Up to 8,000 per month, subject to confirmation.
