Customer Service Executive ( 12-mth contract |Central Region)

We are hiring an Executive, Service Excellence to support frontline service operations in a structured public-service environment.

About the Role

You will assist members of the public at service hubs by providing accurate information on processes, handling applications and checking that submitted documents are properly completed and filed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle frontline counter enquiries.
• Provide clear and accurate information on relevant processes and procedures.
• Receive applications for official records and appeals.
• Check that submitted documents are complete and properly filed.
• Assist with service-improvement initiatives.
• Suggest ways to enhance service quality and customer experience.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, front-desk or other people-facing roles is an advantage.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Pleasant service attitude and passion for serving others.
• Able to remain calm and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
