Communications Assistant (Media & Event) ($2760/Month | Office Hours)

Your tasks

We’re hiring a Communications Assistant (Media & Event) to support media engagement activities, coordinate events, and assist with communications-related initiatives. If you have experience in content writing and editing, media coordination, or event support, this role could be a good fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in preparing and coordinating media materials for organizational events and initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of media-related activities, including coordinating media interviews.
• Monitor and track media coverage and assist in compiling reports and statistics.
• Provide administrative, logistical and operational support for events and projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva or similar platforms would be an added advantage.
