Cloud Service Delivery / IT Systems Manager — 1-Year Contract

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee service delivery and system management for a cloud environment in a public-sector setting.

You will coordinate service delivery, track performance and risks, and support governance, compliance and security oversight. You will also help maintain system plans and procedures, monitor assets and technology lifecycle matters, and identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and control. This role involves working with stakeholders and requires clear communication and sound coordination skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in IT operations or IT project/system management.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, with the ability to oversee cloud infrastructure, resources and services.
• Experience or familiarity with IT governance, compliance, security or service delivery activities.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
