🚀 We’re Hiring: Associate Network Engineer Looking to build your career in networking? Join our team as an Associate Engineer and gain hands-on exposure to IP service provisioning, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Provision, implement, test, and turn up customer IP services
- Perform technical validation of customer IP orders
- Coordinate with Service Delivery, Project Management, and Field Engineering teams on IP service implementation
- Identify technical issues that may impact service delivery timelines or quality
- Perform remote troubleshooting and fault isolation during initial installation
- Escalate and follow through with relevant teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements
✅ Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related disciplines
- Relevant experience or training in network engineering, hardware, or network support
- Good understanding of IP networking
- Good communication and customer relationship skills
