Assistant Manager (International Relations | 12-Month Contract | Salary up to $3.4K)
Support international digital initiatives, policy research and global engagements. This role covers website management, research on digital and AI developments, and coordination with international stakeholders and overseas delegations. 📍 Nearest MRT: Labrador Park (Central Region) 🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm 💰 Salary: $3,450/month 📅 Contract Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the Global CBPR Forum website and troubleshoot blog publishing issues. Support international workshops and forums, including preparing recommendations and reports. Coordinate visit arrangements and liaise with overseas delegations during Asia Tech x Singapore in May 2027. Research digital and AI developments across selected Middle Eastern, African and South Asian countries. Track emerging technology trends, including quantum computing and AI. Support related events, stakeholder engagements and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Background in Economics, Business, Communications, Information Technology or a related field. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise findings clearly. Good written and verbal communication skills for engaging international stakeholders. Experience in website maintenance, event coordination or stakeholder management will be an asset. Familiarity with digital policy, AI or international technology governance is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
