Inventory & Supply Coordination
Support the rollout of new inventory items and coordinate post-launch activities across multiple operational locations. Prepare and process stock transfer requests and initial orders. Liaise with warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely packing and dispatch of inventory.
Inventory Monitoring & Tracking
Maintain inventory trackers and monitor stock availability, shortages, excess inventory, and ageing stock. Track inventory discrepancies and follow up with relevant stakeholders for resolution. Escalate inventory issues and support corrective actions where required.
Data Management
Perform master data maintenance and updates across systems, including item details, lead times, locations, and inventory parameters. Conduct data verification and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of records. Generate reports and provide inventory-related updates when required.
Returns & Inventory Clean-Up
Coordinate inventory returns and consolidation activities. Track return status, reconcile received inventory, and manage exception cases through to closure. Support inventory optimisation and stock housekeeping initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or work experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, operations, or planning will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems will be an advantage but is not required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

Employment type: Contract Contract duration: 6 months Location: East Working hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm (onsite) Salary: $2,500 - $2700/month
