ABOUT US

The company operates in the 3PL (Third Party Logistics) sector and provides clients with complete logistics and transport solutions.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced dispatcher / transport organizer who will be responsible for the daily organization and coordination of transport, communication with clients, carriers, and drivers, as well as the efficient and timely realization of transport orders.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organization and coordination of domestic and international road transport;
• Receipt and processing of transport orders from clients;
• Planning and organization of transport in accordance with client requirements;
• Finding suitable vehicles and reliable carriers for transport realization;
• Organization of loading and unloading;
• Allocation and coordination of transport capacities;
• Daily communication with clients, carriers, and drivers;
• Monitoring transport from the moment of loading until delivery;
• Control of loading and unloading deadlines;
• Timely response in case of delays, breakdowns, border congestion, documentation problems, and other unforeseen situations;
• Finding alternative solutions in case of problems during transport realization;
• Monitoring transport prices and market conditions;
• Negotiating transport prices with carriers;
• Control of costs and profitability of transport orders;
• Working with transport exchanges, especially TIMOCOM, Trans.eu, and similar platforms;
• Verifying the reliability and availability of carriers;
• Collection, control, and processing of transport documentation;
• Monitoring CMR, proof of delivery, and other documentation;
• Preparation of documentation required for invoicing;
• Updating transport status data in the internal system;
• Maintaining records of realized transports;
• Cooperation with the commercial and operational teams;
• Maintaining professional relationships with clients and carriers;
• Achieving defined operational and financial goals.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced and independent dispatcher / transport organizer who is well-versed in road transport organization and knows how to make fast and correct decisions in situations where transport is already in progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatcher, transport organizer, or transport operator roles;
• Experience in domestic and/or international road transport;
• Good knowledge of transport organization;
• Experience working with carriers and drivers;
• Knowledge of transport exchanges TIMOCOM, Trans.eu, or similar platforms;
• Good computer literacy;
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in a short timeframe;
• Independence in work and responsibility;
• Strong precision and multitasking abilities.

CANDIDATES WHO HAVE THE FOLLOWING WILL HAVE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Experience in a 3PL company;
• Experience in organizing transport for multiple different clients;
• A developed network of reliable carriers;
• Knowledge of the transport market in Serbia and the EU;
• Experience in negotiating prices with carriers;
• Understanding of transport calculation and margin per transport order;
• Experience in handling a large number of transport orders simultaneously;
• Knowledge of procedures and documentation in international transport;
• Experience working with ERP/TMS/CRM systems.

We expect candidates to independently manage transport orders from the receipt of the request to the completion of the transport.
