Computer Officer (Based at Kabinburi Glass Industry Co., Ltd.)

Job Objective:

Responsible for overseeing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, computer usage, and all IT equipment to support the efficient operation of all departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee computer usage in accordance with established policies and regulations.
2. Provide assistance and troubleshooting for computer usage issues for users.
3. Oversee the company's telephone system, CCTV, and Server.
4. Manage the Network and employee E-mail usage to ensure orderly operation according to company regulations.
5. Perform maintenance and repair of all computers and IT equipment to ensure efficient operation.
6. Establish maintenance plans and replacement schedules for all computers and IT equipment to ensure efficient operation.
7. Install computers, IT equipment, as well as various programs and software to effectively support departmental operations.
8. Maintain complete and accurate records of all computers and IT equipment.
9. Implement IT development for the company and coordinate company IT projects according to the established plans.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of experience in computer-related work. Good proficiency in MS Office. Fair level of English language proficiency. Knowledge of computers and IT peripherals. At least 2 years of experience in computer-related work.
