Engineering Department Manager (Number of vacancies)

1. Manage problem-solving, machine repairs, and various tool and equipment systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
2. Define plans and manage the basic maintenance and care of all machines, tools, and equipment.
3. Manage the requisition and distribution of various spare parts and equipment to achieve maximum efficiency.
4. Define policies regarding the improvement of production machinery, electrical systems, and utility systems, including all tools and equipment supporting production.
5. Manage and oversee engineering work for project extensions, building structure improvements, and factory utility systems.
6. Analyze problem conditions and maintenance data to find preventive measures, plan preventive maintenance, and continuously develop and improve machine performance.
7. Manage the preparation of complete and accurate machine data reports and maintenance history.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or other related fields) or equivalent work experience. 5 years or more of experience in production engineering. 5 years or more of experience in management/supervising subordinates. Good proficiency in MS Office. Good proficiency in English.
