Process Engineer-Hotend (Based at Kabinburi Glass Industry - Prachinburi)

1. Serve as a role model in the practice of wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and control employees to wear the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company as appropriate for each position.
2. Control and inspect the raw material mixing, melting, forming, and glass annealing processes to ensure the molten glass meets the specified standards.
3. Control and inspect the molten glass mixing formulas to comply with the specified standards.
4. Analyze problem conditions and abnormal production data of molten glass to find preventive measures and solutions for various issues affecting production efficiency, both in terms of the mixing process and machine operation.
5. Analyze data regarding raw material mixing, melting, molten glass forming, and glass annealing to find ways to improve the efficiency and quality of the production process.
6. Prepare summary reports on production results, analysis results, and guidelines for improving the efficiency and quality of glass melting.
7. Invent and propose guidelines and improvement plans for the raw material mixing, melting, and glass forming processes.
8. Monitor and supervise the efficiency development of raw material mixing, melting, and molten glass forming to comply with the established plans.
9. Control, define, and monitor the work of each department in the Hotend area to meet the targets.
10. Plan production, control the consumption of raw materials, energy, and manpower to align with the production plan.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. If graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in the field of Chemical Engineering, special consideration will be given. At least 2-3 years of experience in glass or mirror production. Intermediate level of MS Office skills. Intermediate level of English language skills. Knowledge of Quality, Environmental, and Safety management systems in all systems. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
