Marketing Support Officer (Media Production and Multimedia - Glass Studio)

1. Develop marketing and communication plans, including target strategies and departmental budgets.
2. Define work plans, identify relevant content, and oversee the entire process to ensure compliance with the Editorial Calendar.
3. Execute public relations for media strategies, campaigns, and company activities.
4. Analyze and collect marketing media data to drive sales for the company.
5. Organize exhibitions and co-manage workshops for BGC Glass Studio.
6. Support the work of the Sponsorship and Relations department.
7. Collect, monitor, and analyze social media and website metrics, and perform optimizations.
8. Plan and manage retail spaces within the gallery.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Communication Arts, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. 0-2 years of experience in graphic media design. Knowledge of online media design, online marketing, and social media. Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva for design. Presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to coordinate and work well with others. Presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Basic photography skills. Good command of English.
