Procurement Officer (Merchandise)

1. Plan and manage product production in alignment with the Sales Plan
2. Procure and order production of goods, such as clothing and premium products
3. Coordinate with Suppliers/factories from sample development through to production and delivery
4. Control costs and the Production Timeline to meet targets
5. Analyze costs, prepare Cost Sheets, and Price Quotations
6. Prepare/verify product information such as Tech Pack, BOM, Fabric, Trims, and Size Specification
7. Inspect product quality to ensure it meets specified standards
8. Participate in new product development, providing advice on materials and production techniques
9. Coordinate with Design, Sport, Marketing, and Sales departments
10. Oversee customized clothing work, such as Jersey and Leisure Wear, to ensure quality and on-time delivery

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Procurement, Textiles and Apparel, Fashion Design, or other related fields Experience in Procurement / Merchandise / Garment / Apparel or related fields Understanding of clothing production processes, raw materials, and product development Skills in production cost analysis and control Coordination skills with Suppliers/factories and internal departments Ability to communicate in English Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure Problem-solving skills and ability to manage work according to schedules Ability to work well with others and a readiness to learn new things
