Your tasks

About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day warehouse operations for our brands. This role involves handling stock management, order fulfillment, quality checks, and ensuring smooth logistics processes to meet customer demands.

• Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, unpacking, and organizing K-Beauty products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Inspect products for quality and ensure items are properly labeled and stored
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries and shipments
• Assist in restocking shelves and replenishing inventory in the warehouse
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
• Support administrative tasks related to operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles preferred
• Knowledge or interest in Beauty products is an advantage
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Physically fit to handle warehouse duties, including lifting boxes
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order management
