To expand our team, we are currently looking for a/an:

Electrical Engineer / PLC Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) for the location: Obermichelbach Reference number: 201125-1-OBM

Description:

• Support in the further development and programming of PLC controls (e.g., Wieland, Protool, Jokab, Siemens)
• Creation of circuit diagrams and technical documentation with EPLAN
• Technical management of electrical production
• Commissioning of pneumatic presses, electrical controls, and special-purpose machines
• Conducting training for internal and external operating personnel
• Service assignments domestically and abroad
• Application and implementation of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, and DIN EN ISO 12100 (Safety of machinery)

Requirements:

• Completed training as an Elektromeister or state-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge in electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, PLC control technology, as well as pneumatics and hydraulics
• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in tool, machine, or special-purpose machine construction
• Confident handling of EPLAN, TIA-Portal, and common MS-Office applications, as well as knowledge of VDE, CE, and UVV regulations; ideally experience with the ERP system ABAS
• Strong organizational talent, high flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
• Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
• Good written and spoken English skills
