CAD Pattern Maker – Gerber Location: Obour City, Cairo Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: Based on experience and interview Job Description BF Sportswear is hiring a CAD Pattern Maker specialized in creating production patterns, size grading, and marker making using Gerber AccuMark . This position is for a professional Pattern Maker, not a Fashion Designer or a manual pattern cutter. Responsibilities Create and modify garment patterns using Gerber AccuMark.

Develop patterns in different sizes through accurate size grading.

Prepare efficient production markers and fabric nesting using Gerber.

Review measurements, fitting, and pattern accuracy.

Adjust patterns based on sample and fitting feedback.

Coordinate with sampling, cutting, and production teams.

Minimize fabric consumption, pattern errors, and production rework.

Job Requirements 1–3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker.

Strong practical experience with Gerber AccuMark is mandatory .

Ability to create patterns, size grading, and production markers on Gerber.

Good knowledge of garment measurements, fitting, and construction.

Experience in sportswear or ready-made garments is preferred.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and technical problem-solving skills.

Residents of Obour City or nearby areas are preferred.
