E Commerce Specialist

Job Description Beyond Fitness Sportswear is hiring an E-commerce Specialist to manage the company’s online store, improve product presentation, follow up on orders, and support online sales growth. Responsibilities Upload and update products, descriptions, prices, sizes, and images.

Ensure product information and stock availability are accurate.

Manage online orders from confirmation through delivery.

Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, marketing, and delivery teams.

Create and update online promotions and discount codes.

Monitor sales, website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

Prepare regular e-commerce sales and performance reports.

Identify and resolve order, payment, stock, and website issues.

Support activities that improve customer experience and online sales.

Job Requirements 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

Experience managing products, orders, prices, and promotions online.

Good command of Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and analytics.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in fashion, sportswear, or retail is preferred.

Good command of English.

Residents of Obour City or nearby areas are preferred.
