Boutique Fitness Studio Assistant Manager
BEYOND is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Assistant Studio Manager to join our Winchester team.
BEYOND Winchester combines Reformer and Group Training , and this is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take the next step from coaching into studio management.
You'll coach, work with members, drive sales, support the team and help run the day-to-day studio - with a clear pathway into Studio Management .
You do not need to be Pilates or Reformer qualified. We welcome applicants from Personal Training, Group Exercise, strength & conditioning and other fitness coaching backgrounds. The right candidate will receive full training in the BEYOND Reformer method.
Your Role:
- Coach across our Reformer and Group Training offering
- Maintain high coaching, member experience and studio standards
- Manage leads and convert intro offers into memberships
- Support the day-to-day running of both studios
- Help manage, motivate and develop the coaching team
- Support recruitment, onboarding and coach training
- Help with rotas, cover and team performance
- Support local marketing, events and studio growth
- Step up and support the Studio Manager across all areas of the business
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is great with people, commercially minded, organised and ambitious .
You might currently be a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Fitness Coach, Reformer Instructor or already working in a junior fitness management role.
You don't need previous studio management experience. What matters is that you're ready for more responsibility and want to learn how to run a successful boutique fitness studio.
You'll need to be comfortable coaching, selling, managing people and taking ownership . This isn't a role for someone who only wants to coach classes.

We want to develop our future Studio Managers from within BEYOND.
You'll learn every part of running a studio — coaching, sales, conversion, operations, standards, people management, recruitment and marketing — with the opportunity to progress into Studio Management as BEYOND grows.
