Responsibilities: Masterful Shop Drawing Preparation: Lead the creation and review of detailed shop drawings, ensuring absolute accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

Advanced Architectural Design & Detailing: Contribute to advanced architectural design stages, focusing on intricate construction detailing and material specifications.

Seamless Project Coordination: Act as a key liaison between design teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project flow.

Technical Drawing Expertise: Produce and review comprehensive technical drawings, leveraging your proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to maintain the highest standards.

Rigorous Documentation & Compliance: Develop and manage project documentation, ensuring strict adherence to building codes and industry regulations.

Proven Experience: Bring 3-7 years of dedicated experience in a Technical Office Engineer role within the architecture, construction, or civil engineering sectors.
