Variable schedule: 5 days per week, daytime (including Saturday)

Your mission?

As Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Leader, you are responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and all operational aspects, including:

• Managing production (availability of all menu items, with minimal waste).
• Placing orders and managing inventory.
• Training, managing, directing, motivating, and evaluating employees (including recruiting students): task distribution, supervising the activities of a team of employees in the dining area and in the kitchen (2 cooks, 10 students).
• Welcoming and serving customers during lunch and/or dinner service and providing them with a great experience.
• Managing delivery platforms (UberEats, Deliveroo, our own 'Click & Collect'...).
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards (preparation times, portions, composition).
• Meeting quality, service, and hygiene standards.
