By-Doo, a division of IBGraf Group and an official Odoo partner, is looking for several freelance Odoo Project Leaders to support the development of its projects in Luxembourg.

Scope: Odoo, business analysis, project management, configuration, training and business organization.

Office: Windhof, Luxembourg

Tasks: regular visits to our clients in Luxembourg

Languages: fluent French and good knowledge of English.

Our profession does not only consist of installing an ERP. We analyze the operations of each company to convert concrete needs into effective and appropriate solutions.

Accounting automation, warehouse management, logistics optimization, CRM, purchasing and sales, HR processes... The projects are varied, just like the companies we guide.

What do we expect from you?

Within the By-Doo project team, you will:

• thoroughly analyze and understand our clients' needs and processes;
• translate these needs into functional solutions in Odoo;
• configure Odoo and the various applications;
• collaborate with our developers when specific development is required;
• oversee the installation and configuration of the various modules;
• train users;
• guide change within organizations;
• become a true point of contact for the client throughout the entire project.

The profile we are looking for

For this position, we are looking for someone who possesses:

• good knowledge of business organization and the implementation of ERP solutions;
• at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• good analytical skills;
• a natural and professional client approach;
• high autonomy, without losing the pleasure of teamwork;
• the ability to manage multiple issues and adapt to practice;
• the desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date in the Odoo ecosystem;
• the ability to travel regularly to clients;
• excellent command of French and a good knowledge of English.
