Project Manager

We are looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of digital iGaming projects operating in the African market.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from planning and prioritization through development, testing, release, and further improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive professional who can bring structure to complex processes, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and timelines together with relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate daily work between Product, Development, QA, Design, Analytics, and other teams.

Monitor project progress and keep projects on track.

Maintain project documentation, timelines, task boards, and other project-related materials.

Facilitate regular project meetings, planning sessions, and status updates.

Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and key decisions to stakeholders and management.

Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project plans.

Analyze project performance and suggest improvements to processes and team workflows.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or another digital product environment.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and digital/technical projects.

Understanding of project management methodologies and principles.

Ability to independently plan, organize, and control project activities.

Communication and stakeholder management skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.

Good command of English .

Would Be a Plus

Previous experience in iGaming, online gaming, or gambling products .

Experience working with products targeting African markets .

Understanding of mobile-first digital products and user behavior in emerging markets.

Experience with web and mobile product development.

Basic understanding of product analytics and key product metrics.

Experience working with distributed or international teams.
