Your tasks

You'll be the health and nutrition expert behind Wellspring — the person who makes sure what we say about our products is accurate, responsible, and easy to understand. Sitting between our R&D, brand, and marketing teams, you'll shape both what goes into our products and how we explain their benefits to customers across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, retail, and social.

This is a rare mix of science and storytelling: part advisor, part educator, part content creator.

• Serve as the scientific voice of Wellspring, advising on ingredient efficacy, dosing, and claims across new and existing product lines
• Translate research into clear, engaging educational content — product explainers, FAQs, social posts, live-selling scripts, and customer guides
• Partner with R&D on formulation direction and with Marketing to ensure claims are substantiated and compliant
• Review copy, packaging, and campaign materials for accuracy and regulatory alignment (FDA Philippines, DOH guidelines)
• Stay ahead of trends and emerging science in supplements, functional nutrition, and consumer health
• Answer customer and community questions that need genuine expertise

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND) or Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in the Philippines
• Strong grasp of nutritional science, supplements, and how to read and interpret clinical evidence
• A gift for making complex health topics simple, warm, and trustworthy
• Comfort creating content — you can go from a research paper to a scroll-stopping caption
• Familiarity with FDA PH regulations for food supplements and health claims

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, wellness, pharma, or consumer health brands
• Comfort on camera or in live-selling / educational video formats
• Interest in women's health, sleep science, or sports nutrition
