Our customer is a company active in the field of pharmacy, both nationally and internationally.

The gross annual salary depends on qualification and professional experience and is between 40,000 EUR and 42,000 EUR.

Your area of responsibility:

• Taking over order processing - from order confirmation through shipping coordination and freight forwarder selection to invoicing as well as the creation of export and outbound documents
• Support of new and existing customers, processing inquiries, conducting price negotiations, creating individual offers as well as the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
• Processing of complaints and returns
• Coordination of the shipment of product samples and their tracking
• Reporting to the marketing and sales management
• Informing and advising new and existing customers regarding the product portfolio

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies or a commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on sales, foreign trade, or business administration
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications as well as knowledge of an ERP-System are an advantage.
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
